Ella Morton was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. In 2008, she received a BFA in Photography at Parsons School of Design in New York. She has attended residencies at The Banff Centre, in Banff, Alberta and Nes Artist Residency in Skagaströnd, Iceland. She has exhibited her work in numerous exhibitions in Canada, the US and Europe, including solo shows at Ross Creek Centre for the Arts in Canning, Nova Scotia and Photo Center Northwest in Seattle, WA. She currently lives and works in Vancouver.
